Robert Gavron who actually is Baron Gavron is the governor of the London School of Economics and has been since 1997. He has many accomplishments including his Robert Gavron Charitable Trust.

Robert Gavron contributed to the Labour Leader's Office Fund to finance Tony Blair's private office along with many other contributions. He received a life peerage as Baron Gavron, of Highgate in the Borough of Camden on August 6th, 1999.

The Robert Gavron Charitable Trust has helped to fund the Who Cares Trust which has been a national charity since 1992. This charity addresses the need of 60,000 young people who live in the UK in public care. This fund gives money to the orphanages and tries to help find foster care and adoptive parents of the children. The fund also to pay for education and life skills to those young people who have gotten to an age where they call them un-adoptable.
